After countless issues we decided to sell when the e-brake started popping on while driving randomly making the car unsafe. VW did not have an eta on fixing it and would not pause our payments while they took months to solve the problem. We explained the situation to Joc and were up front about all needed repairs. He got us a fair offer and had all the paper work prepped so all we had to do was sign when we arrived.
