After a particular dealerships service advisor treated me as an inconvenience rather than a costumer, I sought out a different location for my service needs. I ended up at Carl Burgers Dodge, Chrysler, Jee as an inconvenience rather than a costumer, I sought out a different location for my service needs. I ended up at Carl Burgers Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram world in La Mesa and have been there ever since. Service advisors David Garcia and Chris Levin are top notch. Along with them is a superb mechanic team to round out the dealerships service department. I could not be happier with the way I am treated and the services provided, additionally it is nice to be recognized as a familiar customer upon my return visits. I would thoroughly recommend this service department...hands down!! More

I regrettably purchased my Jeep from a different dealership and received disappointing customer service after the sale. I own several different brands of cars and my service experience with Jeep had turned me off to even considering any new car made under the Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler brand. After numerous visits for a variety of issues without resolution, I decided that I would try a different dealership for service. Going to Carl Burger and working with Sean changed my entire attitude towards Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler. The service and communication has been exceptional. Definitely on par with the service we receive at our "high-end" dealerships for our other vehicles. The crew at Carl Burger impressed me with their willingness to put forth the effort to get the job done and get it done right (finally!). My Jeep runs better now than the day I bought it! brought my Dodge Journey in for not starting once in a while. Also had new key comfigured for remote start. When I got home I tried the new key and found when I started the car, Opened the door the horn s while. Also had new key comfigured for remote start. When I got home I tried the new key and found when I started the car, Opened the door the horn started blowing. Called service dept and Sean told me to bring it back, they didn't complete the job correctly. Went back and they did it properly the second time. I don't like having to return for such a simple fix. Today I brought in my daughters Dodge nitro for scheduled maintenance. I was in and out in less then 1 hour!!! This was due to David Garcia! On my last visit, 06/20/2010, Mr. Garcia was again very friendly (I have had contact with him on prior visits), and knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain in detail each one of the repairs/maintenance completed on my car (prior and after it was done), to assure I received all the necessary information. All of your staff, specially Mr. Garcia, were very courteous and friendly. As a former public servant, I appreciate good customer service being provided to ALL customers. I had to visit for a problem with the a/c. The crew recalibrated our unit and it seems to have done the trick. Chris Levin has been our Service Advisor for several of our visits and has always met or recalibrated our unit and it seems to have done the trick.
