Had the car taken to their collision center for the repairs, I did not Want to rush or be pushy with them, I wanted them to fix the car right..7 weeks later I get my car back. Still had damage..I was very angry with them, I went back 08/13/2012 to speak with Kyle the GM.. I have to say I was impressed. He took the time to hear what I had to say. He offered a resolution to my satisfaction. I had the option to fix the car or to trade it in. I choose to trade it in and got a great deal. They valued me as a customer and it showed. I want to thank Gibbson The sales men who worked very hard to get me off the lot in time for my appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the product and its features. He was running back and forth on a very hot day Thanks for all you did. Thanks to Michelle in finance she had the paper work ready no hold ups...In all Carl Burger Is a place I would recomend...Thanks Again For all the hard work you all did. Chris Levin does an outstanding job representing Carl Burger Dodge. He saw that I was unhappy about being charged approx. $80 for a LOF for my Dodge Cummins diesel. The previous visit, I had a coupon a Burger Dodge. He saw that I was unhappy about being charged approx. $80 for a LOF for my Dodge Cummins diesel. The previous visit, I had a coupon and was charged $44. Chris checked with David Garcia and was able to make an adjustment to bring the cost down to about $50. I live in Poway and drive past other Dodge dealers to get to Carl Burger Dodge in La Mesa. I am happy paying what I believe is a fair price ($50) for a diesel LOF and will continue to come back for future service (with a diesel coupon)thanks to Chris going the extra mile to see that I got a fair deal. David Garcia agreed with his judgement and I am grateful to them both. Upon my arrival, Chris also suggested I get a tire rotation for $20. I had forgotten that I wanted the rotation, and quickly agreed to that additional service. Again, Chris Levin was really alert and saved me making an additional trip to the dealer. Thanks! More
I brought in my Dodge Caravan (1997, 114,000 miles), which was initially purchased from this dealer, because of power steering issues. It turned out my van had a number of other problems and some significant differed maintenance. I had been putting off regular servicing in an attempt to save money. I left with a vehicle that I feel has been restored to mechanical health after a very thorough inspection. I spent way more money ($2,750) than I had planned but thanks to Sean’s clear communication and attention to detail I have every reason to believe it was a good investment. By the way, my car seemed to float down the freeway on the way home. Thanks Sean! More
