I called service about poor tire wear on 15000 miles. They gave me an appointment 2 weeks later. When I arrived for service they said..oh we dont have you on our list. I waited 25 minutes for someone They gave me an appointment 2 weeks later. When I arrived for service they said..oh we dont have you on our list. I waited 25 minutes for someone to finally come out to assist. They told me that the truck is out of warranty and for them to look at the tire it will be $220. I said nope. Craziness....nobody can do warranties. Bridgestone told me to kick rocks not a tire issue. More

Al Rodríguez is a very rude person who doesn't ever answer his phone when calling asking about an issue but is certainly one to call you back with a threat of charges and threatening not to release your truck after 6 weeks of having it services. My truck is still not repaired supposedly now due to a back order of an AC part. This is hard to believe after there have been numerous times that my truck was not worked on with numerous emails and text messages to prove it. I even called the GM of the store (Kyle) the time it was left in service for 6 months and again after Al threatened to keep my truck and charge me fees for missing a text less than 12 hours ago. Absolutely ridiculous how the service management lead and run their shop. More
