I would just like to post about my experience with the service department at Carl Burger Dodge. Day 1: I take My 2004 Dodge Dakota that is getting errors for the MAP and camshaft sensor. I was told tha service department at Carl Burger Dodge. Day 1: I take My 2004 Dodge Dakota that is getting errors for the MAP and camshaft sensor. I was told that the problem was that the computer needs to be reflashed and the MAP sensor was bad. So I let them reflash my PCM and got a new MAP sensor from the auto parts store. I drove it 5 miles to my house and it still has the same codes for the camshaft sensors. So I take it back to the service department. Day 2: I was then told that the sensors for my cam and crankshaft have to be factory ones. And that this may still not fix it. Now I can tell that they are just guessing on what is wrong with it and want me to put MY MONEY up for their guesses. So I buy the factory sensor and install them myself. I still get codes for the camshaft sensor. So I take it back again. Day 3: When I take it back this time the service advisor that has been helping me states that he cannot keep “DIAGNOSING MY TRUCK FOR FREE”. So I guess that DIAGNOSING a problem on a vehicle at Carla Burger Dodge means “we will just guess what is wrong and have the costumer start replacing parts at their cost until the right part gets replaced”. Day 4: I get a call from them telling me that now they THINK it is the PCM but it might be something else. So they want me to pay them to replace my computer at a cost of $700 for the part and $200 for the install. And this still may not be the problem. I thought that taking a vehicle to the SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS would get my truck running. Instead of experts, I think Carl Burger Dodge has SUBJECT MATTER GUESSERS. If I would have known they were just going to charge me for changing out parts to see what the problem was I would have never taken it to them. I have only owned two vehicles in my life and I have bought both of them from Carl Burger Dodge. I am writing this as a warning to anyone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE TO GET FIXED. Any mechanic can start swapping part in a car to see if the problem gets fixed and in that case, you do not have to take it here. More

I visited the dealership for replacement of the majority of the cooling system, and left thinking my dodge van was destined for cool driving, but a week later the heater valve broke and I lost all coolant. of the cooling system, and left thinking my dodge van was destined for cool driving, but a week later the heater valve broke and I lost all coolant. I was somewhat miffed that that part hadn't been replaced during the extensive work, and returned to the dealer. They replaced the broken control, checked the system for damage, and even ended up replacing the heater exchange at no charge. That was more than I expected, and more than I'd ever gotten from any other dealer. It was satisfying to know that they were willing to stand behind their work. More
David has been a huge help to me. Why, because My alarm used to go anytime, anywhere. For three years the service manager I had at that time could't fix it. then came David, First time with him and it was used to go anytime, anywhere. Today my turn signal stopped, I called and he said come on right down and in no time at all I was on the road again as good as new. For only $ 3.26. David is polite, fast and fixes it the first time. when I take the car in for oil changes, he always make recommendations as what we need to now and later. I am in good hands with David, he is a keeper. Don't let him go. More

I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for some body work after I was rear-ended. They originally quoted me two weeks for the repairs, and they ended up completing it in three days. I highly recommend Carl Burgers Collision center if you want your car to look like new again. Ask for Gus in the office, and Dave in the office. You won't be disappointed. More

I was there for an oil change and "key left car" light on. When I returned on Tuesday JR was excellent, almost made up for the day before. My verall experience for Monday with Ray was poor. My overall experience with JR was great. Thank you both for getting problem fix. More
