He was very candid about EVERYTHING - I'm highly priced sensitive when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and this was very interesting about Sonny when he found out i am very sensitive with purchasing and pricing, Mr.Kareem worked very hard about getting an amazing price like the vehicle i wanted was for him, I literally did nothing with negotiating, Sonny made this buying experience like no other car buying experience and I can guarantee that. I did not take the whole idea of him buying my car very serious it almost sounded like a scam. after everything was set and done and him coming out with the final price I literally had my mouth open and was speechless! It usually takes hours and hours and sometimes days to get a price that I want to pay on a vehicle from typical dealership, well it took this man minutes to get it done as he gave me his word for it. Much respected for Sonny and Carl Burger for this professionalism they have! Carl Burger is my home again after a bad experience I had 5 years ago! Bye Bye to Midway Jeep! I would definitely recomend this dealership. My experience today has been one of a rollercoaster with a lot of stress in the begining but then dealing with Junior was very satisfying. Junior was very friendly and customer oriented. The repairs were done when he said they would be and I believe that he made a sincere efoort to keep the cost down. When I picked up the vehicle he took me out and showed me exactly what had been done and explained it in layman's terms. He actually handed me the invoice himself and took my check; in the past, at this dealership, I have had to go in and deal with the cashier without any input from the service advisor. It seems like they have made some adjustments in their service process and it is much more comfortable this way. More
My wife and I were unfortunate enough to pick up a nail in one of the tire in our Jeep, which was less than a month old. We were able to drive to the service department and were fortunate enough to be met in one of the tire in our Jeep, which was less than a month old. We were able to drive to the service department and were fortunate enough to be met by Jr. Due to policy they were unable to repair the tire and our only option at the dealer was to purchase a new one. Jr referred us to a local tire store in the immediate area and telephoned ahead prior to our arrival there, which took us about two minutes. Long story short, the tire repair was free and we have a new set of aftermarket rims at a great price thanks to Jr’s diligence. More

We needed emergency brake-work on our van and were able to make an appointment for one hour after we called. (appreciate that!) Mr. Guerra and Mr. Garcia greeted us quickly and respectfully. We were taken through a process that all quality dealers provide: They asked what concerns we had, explained what was going to happen and came through as same. I had worked in the auto business for almost twenty years and pay attention to all of the finer details that good customer service entails. These guys nailed them all!!! I've driven the van for only two days, but the quality of work seems to be flawless thus far. My overall experience - from the appointment coordinator to the shuttle driver was EXCELLENT! Thanks David for helping find more affordable parts, and for paying attention to my needs and the concerns I had. You are a credit to your facility and your profession!
