I appreciate the quick turn around time. I have been servicing my trucks at Carl Burger Dodge for 20 years. When I went to pick up my truck, Lupe noticed I was waiting and David was busy with another customer and she quickly took charge and completed my paperwork so that I could be on my way. Went in for a weird noise. Everyone was very nice and tried to be helpful. I only gave a 3 star overall rating because I left my car there on a Wednesday evening and apparently they couldn't figure out for sure what noise I was talking about so I ended up having to go back late the next day to help them find the noise. Due to the following day being a holiday, they couldn't do anything that day and for some reason they couldn't look at it on the following day which was a Saturday?? Anyway... they finally figured out (Monday afternoon) what they needed to do in order to see what the problem is, and they said it could take till the end of the day or it could take a few days depending on what they found. I unfortunately couldn't take a chance on it taking more than a day because I needed the van to drive to Vegas the next day. So... although they were very nice and will probably end up doing a great job with the repairs (eventually) I ended up paying $100 for nothing. They did promise to take the $100 off when I come back to get the work done but it was kind of frustrating all around. And now I have to worry that my van might break down while I'm in the desert. More

The only issue I have is that I wanted to see the damaged upper radiator hose and to find out why it happened. Sorry to say, I left not knowing. I think that is an issue for you to address. This Overland has only 16K miles on it. Why would a serpentine belt touch an upper radiator hose to cause it to leak? I will not know unless I remove the shroud to see for myself. Perhaps a simple call to the mechanic might have been in order. It could have been a long day perhaps. I will keep coming back. More

Breaks still squealing a metal on metal sound NO STARS!!! They are Unethical Thieves. Corporate Dodge does not hold this service center accountable for falsifying vehicle problems. They allow thi NO STARS!!! They are Unethical Thieves. Corporate Dodge does not hold this service center accountable for falsifying vehicle problems. They allow this dealership to steal your money, break your vehicle, and not provide a way to recover the help you originally came in for and paid for. So my Dodge Ram 2500 needed basic front brake pads and after their service they still squeal a metal on metal sound. I've returned to the same dealership 3 times to take care of this Front Brake problem. They are misdiagnosing other issues to get money from me, as well as damaging other parts on my vehicle without my permission to even touch those parts. Example: they messed with my back brakes when the front brakes are where the squealing is coming from. They said my power steering fluid was dark. I took it to a different mechanic and they showed the dipstick to me saying this doesn't need changing the power steering fluid is light. They said I needed a water pump because it's going out--I just replaced it at the Dodge dealership in AZ. **BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE CENTER** They misdiagnose, steal your money, and don't do the work you ask to have done. Don't get brakes here!! You'll leave squeaking and may have other issues with your vehicle after they've serviced you. More
