New used Ram,only 1 key worked I've only had my truck for 3 weeks and came in to get my second key fixed. Jeffrey was right there to help me with a smile on. It took most of the day and when I came in to pick up my truck, Jeffery was right there again with a smile on and told me everything was OK. He explained everything and sent me on my way. He also made sure I was able to get home and get back to the service center. All and all I would really like to have Jeffery Arkin take care of me again if I ever need service again. He has made my service calls seem as a personal challenge to himself to find the problems I explained to him to get my truck back on the road asap... He calls me to explain what is needed from what the Tech has found to reduce any extended service time... I get the feeling that he is working on his personal vehicle with the special care he shows towards my truck... I also get the feeling that Andre treats "all of his clients" the same as me while observing him talking and waiting on clients for his service while I'm waiting to return home to be called later that my truck is ready to be picked up. I think Andre Boutin is definitely a major asset to the Burger Service Team from the professionalism and personal service he has shown me over the years as my Service Writer... Thank you Andre More

Happy Customer! I cannot say enough great things about our service rep, David Garcia . He is always very attentive to making sure my car is taken care of & does a fa I cannot say enough great things about our service rep, David Garcia . He is always very attentive to making sure my car is taken care of & does a fantastic job,! I've had a lot of problems with the airbag light coming on in my Sebring. It 's been replaced several times. David is always so nice & quick to want to find the solution to this ongoing problem. He was the first service rep that brought to my attention earlier this year that my extended warranty covered getting a rent a car. I never knew that for the last 6 years! Anyway, he does a great job at Chysler! Super fantastic customer service! Thank you so much David! More

Often times service writers at car dealerships are mostly interested in simply putting you thru the process. I feel that David Garcia is truly on my team looking out for my best interest. It is a great relief to know I have someone I can trust when it comes to maintenance for my vehicle. He is always very considerate of my time and willing to do what it takes to fix the problem. I was helped by David Garcia and he took care of the repairs and got me out in plenty of time to entertain friends that evening and he even said he was able to get $40.00 off the cost of the repair. I appreciate the quick turn around time. I have been servicing my trucks at Carl Burger Dodge for 20 years. When I went to pick up my truck, Lupe noticed I was waiting and David was busy with another customer and she quickly took charge and completed my paperwork so that I could be on my way. Went in for a weird noise. Everyone was very nice and tried to be helpful. I only gave a 3 star overall rating because I left my car there on a Wednesday evening and apparently Everyone was very nice and tried to be helpful. I only gave a 3 star overall rating because I left my car there on a Wednesday evening and apparently they couldn't figure out for sure what noise I was talking about so I ended up having to go back late the next day to help them find the noise. Due to the following day being a holiday, they couldn't do anything that day and for some reason they couldn't look at it on the following day which was a Saturday?? Anyway... they finally figured out (Monday afternoon) what they needed to do in order to see what the problem is, and they said it could take till the end of the day or it could take a few days depending on what they found. I unfortunately couldn't take a chance on it taking more than a day because I needed the van to drive to Vegas the next day. So... although they were very nice and will probably end up doing a great job with the repairs (eventually) I ended up paying $100 for nothing. They did promise to take the $100 off when I come back to get the work done but it was kind of frustrating all around. And now I have to worry that my van might break down while I'm in the desert. More
