Schedule issue I have had my Caravan serviced here for quite some time. This time it was for a recall issue with the ignition. I had an appointment at 9 on Tues, I have had my Caravan serviced here for quite some time. This time it was for a recall issue with the ignition. I had an appointment at 9 on Tues, was told when I checked in that it would be all day and "possibly not ready until morning." Received a call abut 4 that it was to be on the top of the list for morning (which sounds to me like it was not even looked at that time). I asked if would be mid morning and he said he hoped so..... Finally had it back by about 4 on Wed. I called about 11 and was told should be ready between 3 and 4.......Ireally don't know but suspect that again they had not even started - ?? probably a 2 hour or so job?? I was extremely disappointed in this situation. If I had known, I would have done things a bit different and done some errands on Mon that I planned for Wed. If they could not reasonably get to it on Tues, then why not say so and reschedule or adjust schedule. I could have brought the car back on Wed (or whenever). I am appreciative of having shuttle service and the service, just not so pleased with the timing situation. More

My Daughter's 2011 Dodge Nitro Detonator for a failed battery-done and out the door; m I had to bring three of my vehicles in for service in one day. My Daughter's 2011 Dodge Nitro Detonator for a failed battery-done and out the door; my Wife's 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 for a failed battery-done and out the door; and my 2007 Chrysler 300 SRT8 to have the front bumper replaced. All of the work done expediently, correctly and economically priced. Mr. Garcia provides intuitively correct estimates, provides status updates and you leave his service desk with a smile on your face. The professional mechanics and technicians perform outstanding quality work. You have no questions driving down the road as to the vehicles performance capabilities. I have no qualms about purchasing another vehicle here or continuing to have them serviced here also. This is due in a huge part to the likes of the staff there, especially Mr. David Garcia. More

Terrible experiences with service department and warranty I had a PCU go bad on my 2005 Grand Cherokee in 2/2014 and their folks performed a replacement (new parts and labor) for $1100. I paid the premium of their service costs, as I trusted your dealership to do an excellent job-- I always had a great experience with the 3 cars I had purchased from Carl Burger in the late 90s / early 2000s. After myself and my mechanic spoke to their parts and service people, the following occurred: 1) I was informed I couldn't be sent my receipt, and they couldn't honor it without an original receipt. I dug through my old paperwork and (eventually) found it, and provided it to my local mechanic. 2) After asking how long the warranty is good for, I was informed 2 years. When it was mentioned it was an early 2014 purchase, I was told it was a 1-year warranty. Now, this ECU/PCU has 4400 miles on it. Not a typo, 4400. I've been given the runaround all day from their junior level people, passed from one useless droid to another, all denying the ability to do anything about the change in warranty. Seems like no matter who you talk to, they need to contact someone else to find out if they can do it. Now I've got to call the BAR and go through the pain of having the case assessed-- it'll take weeks before this is resolved. If you take your car there for service, expect the same. Stay away from this place. More

This vehicle is new to the service personnel, I am hoping they can figure out what the flashing message is before it becomes more problematic. Overall, I would rate this dealership and their personnel as excellent. They have always provided good care and service. More
