Horrible service! I was charged 220 for each problem they diagnosed. Very rude and didnt explain. Sales said I should only have to pay 220. Service said Sales didnt know what they were talking about. I have a 2020 Jeep, now they say I have all these issues and now 660 for the diagnoses and no work was done. But THEN said they are taking 220 off which is now 440 as a courtesy. Again, NO WORK WAS DONE. That was the price to look at it. They have had my car for three days, saying they needed to check on the warranty info, no response, numerous calls. I finally walked in - as I took a trolley to get their and was told they are doing me a favor, I didnt have an appointment. I wasnt contacted for 3 days. Now they are saying its an engine problem. I was even told its better off getting stolen. This has been a nightmare. More

They have the worst Service Department I have ever dealt with. We have taken our Rubicon here a few times now and with each visit it has gone downhill. I left my information so I could talk to them, because the last two had been such a joke dealing with. But they would only text my wife. We had to call to find out that the work was under warranty and was being taken care of. We were told that it would be ready be 3pm that day. When I came to pick it up after 4pm, I was asked by the Service Manager "Who called you and told you it was ready?" I told him NO ONE because they never called us with any information about the work being do or not. I informed him that we have to continually call them. I asked him if it was ready or not? He said yes but, no one had done the paperwork on it. I asked what does that mean to me. He told me, well I guess I can do the paperwork now and it would take a few. I told him that was not the first time we have had an issue with his Service Department. I asked if this was how they always run their Department. I told him that I had no problem going somewhere else. I was given no explanation or apology. I was just asked to pay my deductible and he handed my keys to someone else and told me that they would bring it around. As I'm writing this, I just received a phone call from Carl Burger asking for my ID and registration so they can bill against my Life-Time Warranty. I told them that my wife had already sent it to them and that is why they were able to do the work. I expressed my frustration with their service and once again I received a "WE don't give a xxxx attitude. We will never be using or buying anything from this dealership! More
This was by far the worst experience I have had with any business. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced as I am about to make a cross country trip while towing my camper back to the east coast. business. My original complaints were shifting weird, leak to the front right side, and a high pitch whistle when hitting 55mph. With this I asked for a full bumper to bumper check on everything since I'm making this cross country trip. I get a phone call the following to be told that I have an exhaust leak and that should fix all my issues. I pay close to 2 grand in order to get this fixed. I pick up my vehicle a day later to find that every single one of my issues is still present as well as now im hearing a cranking sound when making a hard left turn. (Which was not there when I dropped it off) I drop the vehicle back off the following Monday to have them look at it again. They tell me to write down all of the issues I am complaining about since they couldn't remember what I said the first time. I sat all week without receiving a phone call about an update on my vehicle. I had to call them Thursday afternoon and had to wait while the service rep got an update from the mechanic. I wasn't in a rush since I figured they let me have the rental car since they messed up my service the first time. I was even told that they would take care of it. Now when I called for an update, they said that I have a transmission issue and my spark plugs are leaking. None of which were discovered from the first look, even though I complained of shifting issues and suggested a transmission issue. They then told me that they do not have a transmission guy available at this time and I would have to go somewhere else. So now I wasted 3 weeks to get an appointment somewhere and an additional 2 weeks trying to have the vehicle looked at to be told they can't do anything with it. I am supposed to be leaving in a few weeks and have now wasted 5 weeks and over 2k dollars on a supposive exhaust leak that I didnt even know about or complain about. On top of that, they made me pay for the rental while my truck was being looked at a second time even though they clearly messed up and were in the wrong. And lastly, when I picked up the truck the second time, all of a sudden my left brake/blinker stopped working. Not suggesting they manipulated it, but just saying it is quite odd that there was a new issue everytime I picked it up. Especially when they told me to my face that everything was good to go and in good condition. Worst experience ever. I will be sure to recommend that people absolutely avoid this place. More
Mostly good for them applying the crystal fusion windshield coating. Done My last oil change I had a to ask for my drive line CV joint to be greased.
