There was no pressure whatsoever, and the sales people did not attempt to push for upgrades.. something that is awesome since I usually hate the car-buying experience for exactly the reasons of pressure sales tactics. I typically buy a car already knowing exactly what I want when going to a dealership, so all the typical "song and dance" is both unnecessary and annoying, and no song-and-dance is exactly what I experienced at Carl Burger Dodge. Also, the car was priced far better than other nearby Dodge dealerships. More

Rocky Start, but they Made it Right Bought a used 2018 Pacifica off the lot on Labor Day weekend. It has a broken latch that prevents stow and go. Did as I was told and took PTO from my job to come in and sit for a few hours to be informed "We don't have the part, you will need to come in when we get it."
