Gibson was very accommodating to our schedules and preferred method of communication. Mikhael Mikhael did a tremendous job touring us through the lot. He was completely transparent about the Jeep inventory, trim levels, and warranty coverage. We decided on our new vehicle, traded in our previous vehicle, discussed numbers, and met with Sonny in financing all within 3 to 4 hours. Sonny was extremely straightforward, personable, and thorough while completing financing and other required paperwork. There were no surprises! Good salesman, poor management First, I would like to say that Rico Dixon was an absolute pleasure to work with. Incredibly professional in all aspects. His manager however was incredibly shady and for that reason I will not buy a car from your dealership again. I expect a certain level of shadiness from all car dealerships, as has been evidenced by every car I have ever purchased, so when Rico's manager said that we could work out a deal before sitting down at the desk, even though he had no intention of lowering the price, even though that is annoying, I kind of expect that. What really ticks me off is that he tried to sneak in 3 extra payments in sending it over to the finance department, which would have cost me an extra $1,600 over the life of the contract. I'm glad I noticed this, and I am sure that many people probably don't. Definitely not an honest mistake as they do this for a living and are intimately familiar with finance terms. More

We were looking for a bigger vehicle for my wife and she wanted to look at the Pacifica. The first thing we noticed was the lack of pressure. We were on the lot for about 10 minutes looking around before anyone approached us. Usually car salesmen are like flys on rotten food. Raul was the salesman who asked what we were looking look and from there he showed us around. It was refreshing to have him answer our questions when he could and admit he had to look up the answer when he didn’t. Even the sales manger was great. Our negotiations were direct and again he was not pushy. When we went to finance it was the same. A great stress free experience. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience at Carl Burger Chrysler and when I’m in the market for another vehicle I will definitely go back to see what they have. The only thing that could have made this a perfect experience is if they were a Ford dealer. Ask for Raul and he will treat you with respect and you will get a great deal. More
