We went for a test drive and agrred on a price, 45 min later i was done, signed and on my way. I left the jeep to be cleaned up and pick up the next day. The next day i net with David in financing to finalize paperwork, ( 30 min.) I was done out the door in my new Jeep!!! No barteing, no switching back and forth from persons. Competitive prices, although not necessarily the lowest but this varies on a car by car basis. They have a huge inventory. Good place overall very different from my past experiences buying new cars at a dealership.. This is my fifth new car so I have been to dozens of dealerships. It is rare to find one that provides decent experience. Perhaps, it is less of a reflection of the entire dealership and more so the professionalism of few who served me, particularly C.M. from internet sales. More

Great experience. We were in the market for a new vehicle, Mikhael helped my husband get into a new Challenger. He was very helpful, informative and able to answer all of our questions. 3 days later my car was having mechanical issues (after having many previous issues), so we decided to trade it in and Mikhael helped me get into a certified used vehicle and even got me a lower payment than I previously had. 2 cars in 4 days has been more than we expected, but Mikhael has made the process as simple and seamless as possible. He was very upfront and honest through out the whole car buying process. Sonny in financing was great as well. Never made us feel pressured and also made sure to get us the best rates on our loans.
