Great experience. We were in the market for a new vehicle, Mikhael helped my husband get into a new Challenger. He was very helpful, informative and able to answer all We were in the market for a new vehicle, Mikhael helped my husband get into a new Challenger. He was very helpful, informative and able to answer all of our questions. 3 days later my car was having mechanical issues (after having many previous issues), so we decided to trade it in and Mikhael helped me get into a certified used vehicle and even got me a lower payment than I previously had. 2 cars in 4 days has been more than we expected, but Mikhael has made the process as simple and seamless as possible. He was very upfront and honest through out the whole car buying process. Sonny in financing was great as well. Never made us feel pressured and also made sure to get us the best rates on our loans. He thoroughly explained all of our warranty options and was respectful of our budget and decisions. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience at Carl Burger. More
