I love my JEEP! Sam was easy to work with and he made the process simple. Fernando was also super great! I had my own financing set up and my paperwork was a breeze. I may have been a bit annoying but Sam didn’t let me know that, he was courteous and professional. My only issue is that I ordered running boards and assumed they would be ordered and put on before I picked up the vehicle. They were not. They even included the price in my loan and I left the dealership without them. I was kind of disappointed but overall it was a simple process! More

I made a appointment over the weekend for 10 am Monday. No one came out to check on me when I pulled up. Now it's 3:12pm and I get a call from The service department. "We are going to keep your truck it hasn't been checked yet".........ridiculous!! On top of that the dirty xxx loaner vehicle. My experience so far has been frustrating. More

Jesse showed me new and pre owned cars that would best suit me. After a few options we found my match and we worked it out. Even after explaining to him i could come back in a couple months and pay what he asked, when initially i couldn't. They were both responsive, honest, and helped me understand the vehicle and walked me through the purchase. Both highly professional. After I bought the car, I had some concerns about the extended warranty I purchased. I did not feel that the finance person fully explained what I was buying and how it worked (by the time I bought the vehicle it was late, and the whole signing part was a blur). I emailed Gibson and he responded by answering all my questions, obtaining more information for me on a couple things, and he even arranged a refund for a small item I really did not want to buy (a seat protection warranty of some sort?). Wow! I have bought many cars from dealers, but I have never had a dealer work so hard to ensure I was happy before, during, and (most importantly) AFTER the car is bought. I was truly impressed that a dealership would go out of its way after the paperwork is all signed and done to make things right for a customer. I highly recommend this dealership.
