Although they both declined my offer due to other plans or probably just sick of me, but they never made me feel that way:). I purchased a 2002 Dodge Durango new from Carl Burger in 2002 (still own and running strong at 206,000 miles) and this used 2015 Explorer. Mikhael and this dealership really stepped up! We were in the market for a new truck, We had already been too and were in negotiations with a Mission Valley Chrysler, Jeep, Ram Dodge. We had worked out a deal via the internet sales person on a particular truck. Had gone to see it, drive it and had a quote. They knew part of the deal was we needed to sell the trade in. The morning of doing that, same day we had an appointment to come in sign the already negotiated paperwork and leave with the truck at 4pm. The sales guy called to tel us that a different sales guy was selling the truck at that moment to someone else!! Got the manager on the phone, who said there was nothing they could about it. SO RUDE! we had just sold our car that morning to carmax to be able to come pick up this truck, which was now being sold, hours before our set appointment to buy it. I called Mikhael with Carl Burger. He has us come in that day. They matched us with a new truck as close as possible to the deal we had in writing from Mission Valley. It was really close. And we were very thankful. We ended up with a much better experience and left very satisfied with our purchase. Mikhael listened on the phone when I called earlier in the day and already had vehicles ready to show us that matched what we thought we were buying earlier that day. He really stepped in a short period of time. More

Which I felt was unfair! If your going to offer a product the customer should have a choice in what they want to pay for. I felt I had to purchase this package to get what I really wanted. And I did asked if I could just get the gap and warranty only; I was told no, it’s a package deal only, or nothing... It may seem like a small thing to your company; but that additional amount 1-2000.00 added to my loan could hurt someone budget. As a matter of fact a friend of mine just totaled her car and is looking to purchase a new one. She wanted to know which dealership I went to Mother’s Day.... then I realized today the possible reason why you force a new owners to purchase the LoJack because it’s all ready installed on all your vehicles on your lot... and then follow up with “your insurance rate will give you a discount for having it... “Not”...
