Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM World

False Advertising Certified Vehicle, not disclosing trans re I recently bought a certified Jeep at Carl Burger Dodge and when recieving vehicle there were many things that had issues. No parking brake, transfer I recently bought a certified Jeep at Carl Burger Dodge and when recieving vehicle there were many things that had issues. No parking brake, transfer case and front driveshaft was defective and needs replaced, no windshield wiper fluid worked due to broken attachments and loose wiper fluid cable, gas lid is loose and scratches body panel, interior trim pieces are broken off or warped, electronic shortouts in radio system. When taking car into my local jeep dealership they informed me that the car had a transmission replaced at 58k miles which also wasn't told to me. Once they reviewed issues and contacted service contract at Chrysler they stated they wouldnt cover repairs due to them being a preexisting condition. So warranty wont repair any damages on car I bought May 7th. I informed Carl Burger Dodge and they will review the invoice and let me know. But as a customer and having the car in the shop 9 days now already with a list of uncovered repairs is not what I'd consider a certified would be. As I consult an attorney and wait for invoice for repairs, I'm just thankful I live in Ohio and not signed title into my name yet. More

Excellent Experience/ Vehicle Upgrade Had received a call from the vip department saying I was eligible for get another vehicle if I turned my daily in on thursday. Had an entire day/ night to think about what if I did or not. Next day around 12pm decided to stop by and see if the offer was legit or not. Had always wanted to get a truck/ 4 door vehicle. Jesse had helped me the moment I walked in and started talking. Looked at some trucks and test drove two ram 1500’s and decided to get a white 2017 Ram 1500 5.7L V8. 7 1/2 hours later I left the dealership with the truck I wanted , and dealt with the best of the best and one great salesman.
