this is my experience on 8/31/08. I verbally agreed to a purchase price of 16685 on an 08 Jeep Wrangler. I live a considerable distance away so I reconfirmed before driving 75 miles to dealership. Upon my a purchase price of 16685 on an 08 Jeep Wrangler. I live a considerable distance away so I reconfirmed before driving 75 miles to dealership. Upon my arrival the unit was there and available. Unfortunately the price had changed from 16685 to 18885. I triple checked the price before leaving my house and while driving down I reconfirmed for a forth time. I am so happy that I did not enter into a business agreement with these folks. Save yourself the time and aggravation. These are unscrupulous people - stay away! More

Customer service was poor at best! These people do not know how to shut up and listen to the customer. When I didn't want to purchase aftermarket products I was treated very poorly! I was not given accu know how to shut up and listen to the customer. When I didn't want to purchase aftermarket products I was treated very poorly! I was not given accurate information regarding my financing and down payment. I also did not recieve a proper delivery of my vehicle. It was more or less "There's your car over there." I would never send anyone to this dealership or ever return there myself. I couldn't wait to get every inch of advertising they put on the car off of it! More

Horrible customer service... had to stick to my 'guns' regarding price & options. didn't purchase the vehicle (Jeep Liberty) on the first visit... went back 2 times and finally signed all paperwork on th regarding price & options. didn't purchase the vehicle (Jeep Liberty) on the first visit... went back 2 times and finally signed all paperwork on the 3rd visit. General Manager & finance manager were rude, and even yelled at me before I was done. would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

They are the rudest people I have ever met...every transaction tat they were trying to go through was the most dishonest thing that I have ever experienced.
