WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! these guys will lie to you without any shame whatsoever. they told me they had a black 2011 Grand Cherokee in stock and negotiated a price with me. i made an appointment to come to the any shame whatsoever. they told me they had a black 2011 Grand Cherokee in stock and negotiated a price with me. i made an appointment to come to the dealership all the way from Los Angeles just to find out that they didn't have that car there at all. when asked why they lied to me they had the audacity to tell me that they never claimed they had that car at the lot. even though they called me numerous times leading up to my visit in order to confirm i would actually show up and kept confirming every single time that they had the car i was looking for in stock. when i showed up they were extremely unfriendly, disrespectful and rude with me. I couldn't live without Joe B Scott B and Ray. They all went over and above. Ray Even offered to drive my car home to Ocean Beach because we were going to be late. He then waited til 6.15!!! The worst customer SERVICE, everytime I go there is it something else. Made an appointment this time, I was 2nd in line. They said I had to wait for the person I made the appoint with. 8 cars behind me al something else. Made an appointment this time, I was 2nd in line. I did research online before bringing it in just to be well informed about what potential things could be wrong with my Jeep, and also to see about how much it should cost. Well, they didn't like a young woman coming in and suggesting she already knew what the problem was. It was as if they were determined to prove me wrong after I spent the first 20 minutes arguing with the man before they even performed the diagnostic! And of course, I was right. They charged a lot of money just to reset the sensor, which seems ridiculous to me, since it didn't require any manual labor and of course told me I had other endless problems. I actually asked them about m y driver's side window problem. It was not rolling up smoothly and asked if they could possibly fix that, seeing as how they specialize in service to Jeeps and all. They practically laughed in my face, saying "we don't do that here." Why not? It's a jeep and there's something wrong with it.... finally, after that fiasco and luckily learning from it, my window eventually stopped working all together. I called a come-to-the-customer window service that was timely, efficient, and very honest. They even let me watch and advised me of all costs up front. Too bad they couldn't fix all my problems! Carl Burger SUCKS. They are especially rude to women. They were sure nice when I came back with my husband though. More
