WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! these guys will lie to you without any shame whatsoever. they told me they had a black 2011 Grand Cherokee in stock and negotiated a price with me. i made an appointment to come to the any shame whatsoever. they told me they had a black 2011 Grand Cherokee in stock and negotiated a price with me. i made an appointment to come to the dealership all the way from Los Angeles just to find out that they didn't have that car there at all. when asked why they lied to me they had the audacity to tell me that they never claimed they had that car at the lot. even though they called me numerous times leading up to my visit in order to confirm i would actually show up and kept confirming every single time that they had the car i was looking for in stock. when i showed up they were extremely unfriendly, disrespectful and rude with me. DON'T TRUST Carl Burger! More
