After numerous visits for a variety of issues without resolution, I decided that I would try a different dealership for service. Going to Carl Burger and working with Sean changed my entire attitude towards Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler. The service and communication has been exceptional. Definitely on par with the service we receive at our "high-end" dealerships for our other vehicles. brought my Dodge Journey in for not starting once in a while. Also had new key comfigured for remote start. When I got home I tried the new key and found when I started the car, Opened the door the horn s while. Also had new key comfigured for remote start.
