After spending most of our 4th of July at another dealership and being treated the way I have come to expect from car dealers, we decided to leave and make the trip over to Carl Burger in La Mesa. It was the last thing we wanted to do after getting the run around all day but I am so glad we stopped in! This was hands down the best expreience we have EVER had buying a vehicle. We got a new Chrysler Town & Country. Mike our salesman was super knowledgeable, personable, and very pleasant to be around. The Sales Manager (unfortunately I forgot his name) was a straight shooter and when we told him where we needed our payments to be he made it happen. My husband and I appreciated not playing the back and forth game. That showed that they recognized our time was valuable and really valued our business. I would most deinitely reccomend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Everyone that we encountered seemed geniuinely happy to be there (even though it was a holiday!) More

Along with them is a superb mechanic team to round out the dealerships service department. I could not be happier with the way I am treated and the services provided, additionally it is nice to be recognized as a familiar customer upon my return visits. I would thoroughly recommend this service department...hands down!! More

I went to this dealer after doing some homework on buying a new Jeep. The manufacturer incentives and rebates were heavy on the Jeep Liberty at the time I walked on the lot, so I decided to check it out to a new Jeep. The manufacturer incentives and rebates were heavy on the Jeep Liberty at the time I walked on the lot, so I decided to check it out to see if I liked it. I glanced at a few Liberties with one salesman and then I told him I really preferred the Jeep Grand Cherokee based on its look, drive, and engine. He told me it would be hard to get me into that car with what I was willing to pay. So I pretty much gave up my search on this lot since I did not see any used Grand Cherokees that might fit into my budget. Then along came Javier (another salesman). Javier told me he could get me into a Certified Grand Cherokee for what my budget was willing to go and that I should take a look. I was doubtful, but took his advice. After a short test drive on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 19,000 miles as a rental vehicle, I was still doubtful they could work with me to get my payments to where I wanted them. So still doubtful and unsure, I went into the finance department with Javier to talk numbers. Javier was cheery, chatty and helpful - which made the waiting around for the finance manager much more pleasant. After going back and forth a bit on the price and terms of the loan, I was able to get myself a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and could not thank Javier enough for doing all he could to get me into the Jeep I truly wanted. Thank you again Javier! This is the first Jeep I ever purchased but everyone who I know that owns a Jeep love or enjoy it. I do not doubt I will love this car too. More

Sales Associate Al Exquer and Assistant Manager Wes Kachi did a really great job of helping our son find a replacement car with the insurance money he had received for the loss of his previous vehicle. Although his budget was limited to the insurance settlement, Al & Wes were successful in developing a creative way for him to purchase a vehicle that was really a little out of his price range. Although most people who sell used cars fully deserve the bad reputation they have, Al and Wes are clearly the exception to the rule. They worked hard to develop a satisfactory solution for our son.
