I was searching for the perfect surprise car for my wife for about a month. I tried all different types of dealerships. New, Used, Certified pre-owned all kinds. I would use the internet to gauge the price range and see who was the most interested in helping me. I shot Gibson an e-mail for an internet ad that seemed too good to be true. He called me right away and I could instantly tell how passionate he was about selling cars and how much he wanted to help me. I told him I had a trade in that I wasn't getting valued at the price I needed it to be, and he said he will do everything he can to get a deal done. Before I stopped by to see him I went to car max, which was a terrible experience and they offered me almost half of what Gibson got me for my trade in. I got a great vehicle for my wife at an amazing price. Gibson got me in and out of the dealership in 3 hours with a test drive, a trade in, and Michelle Heddinger got me a better financing offer than I had orginally had. Gibson also helped with the surprise by giving me some balloons to put in the trunk. All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had and even though I am not in the market for another car, I am considering going to purchase another one. As soon as we came on the lot we noticed a difference between this dealership and the others. They were extremely polite. I have been searching for a Ram diesel for 2 months and tried to make 2 deals with dealerships within 20 miles of my house. Needless to say I called Julio at Carl Burgers and he beat the deal and held the truck for me and honored every word he said. Very hard to find that in the game of sales these days. I drove 120 miles to make this deal and was never worried that I was being led to a dealership to have the deal change on me.
