Let's start this off by saying I have been wanting a Dodge Ram 1500 for about 6 years now. About a month or so ago, I started researching them. I must have looked at about 20 or 30 Rams on-line. I actually looked at the Ram that you sold me 2 or 3 times before I even contacted the dealership about it. My Carl Burgers experience started off when Gibson called me about an e-mail that I had sent the dealership. He made the appointment and let me know that he would not be able to see me, but Eric C. would take great care of me. The very next day Eric C. called me to introduce himself and confirm the appointment. I remember thinking after I got off the phone with him, that these guys are really on the ball. I was actually excited about keeping my appointment. I got there a little early and Eric C. was busy with another customer. he came out, introduced himself, then introduced Mike M. Mike M. took me out to see the truck. He answered all of my questions. Then, we went on the TEST DRIVE! Yeah buddy, I was trying to mask my excitement about driving the truck of my dreams. Mike took me over to meet John M, here is the part that impressed me the most! When Mike M. introduced me to John M., I figured he would leave and go try and sell another car. The impressive part is that he didn't do that at all. He stayed with me until the deal was done. I felt as if he really cared that I get what I was looking for. So many car dealers are all about the numbers. I honestly feel that Carl Burgers is about satisfying the customers. To me, that speaks volumes. John M. made me feel very welcomed. He seemed truly genuine in making sure that I got in the truck that I wanted and that I got a deal that I was satisfied with. Then I went in Chris Salfani's office. He helped me realize that I was going to have to give him my money. All jokes aside, I felt as if I was truly getting the best deal possible. Without question this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only would I recommend your dealership to family and friends, I can't wait to come back and buy another Ram! I was afraid that I might have to walk out without a car but Gary and Steve found the right car for my price. My credit was not great and they managed to work their magic and got that car financed!!!! I was extremely happy with their degree of service.
