I was at Carl Burger's for a 2010 Dodge Charger that I found on autotrader.com. These people are nothing if not polite. The manager could be pretty pushy with the contract, I had to say 'no' quite a few times before I got the deal I was looking for. That's to be expected with any used car dealer. Mike was a breath of fresh air, though. He might be too nice for his own good. The car is working out well so far, and I'm happy with the service department there. More
I found a 2012 Dodge Durango online, submitted my inquiry and received a call from Gibson about 30 minutes after. Right off the bat, Gibson was a pleasure to talk to. So much, that I agreed to fill out some basic information so that he could run my credit. After obtaining my credit report, Gibson was able to qualify me and get me to the monthly payment, term and interest rate that I wanted. No blowing smoke, no attempts to include extra warranties without my knowing... just honest and friendly service! The day I came in to hammer out the deal, I let Gibson know that I would first stop at another dealership as I was curious to see what they could offer. Long story short, the salesman at this dealership gave me a monthly payment twice the amount of what I initially told him I could afford. He went back and forth trying to "earn" my business and I was out of there in no time. I called Gibson to let him know I was on my way and he said that Fernando would help me. Both Fernando and Gibson were able to give me exactly what I requested and even threw on the push button automatic/remote start. Troy assisted in the deal and demonstrated a few things on the truck, was super personable and friendly and he even was able to get the dealership to put some gas in the ride, although they don't normally do that! Bennett handled all the paperwork and also was great to work with! He was honest, up front and more than accomodating! In short, this dealership and the folks that I did business with exceeding my expectations and went above and beyond! The guys at Carl Burger really know how to "EARN" your business! GIBSON, TROY, BENNETT & FERNANDO provided superior customer service and definitely raised the bar! I will definitely be referring people to Carl Burger!!! Thanks a million, guys! More

So I thought the car buying experience was one of the biggest headaches that life had to offer. I thought it was so bad I held myself back from it because of what I had heard and saw what others had gon biggest headaches that life had to offer. A year ago I was contacted by one of the staff members at Carl Burgers Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM World and I told her I was not ready to buy a car yet. Victoria remained persistent for the entire year. I heard she was let go. Major bummer because I selected Carl Burgers Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM World because of how determined she was to get me in a vehicle. Instead I was contacted by Nancy the assistant to the Fleet and Internet Manager whose name by the way is Julio. These two working together is phenomenal! They were able to get me in there after I heard Victoria was not there and they managed to get me in a vehicle that I am truly satisfied with in addition to an experience I found to be "a walk on the clouds" Nancy was excellent when assisting her boss, attentive, hospitable, and posses a personality that is special for her position. She is connected! As for Julio, this man is what I call a "go-getter" and lives up to his word! Like I said this was my first. He exceeded the standard level of customer service which I find to be a remarkable asset even for a Fleet and Internet Manager. J/K! I would just like to post about my experience with the service department at Carl Burger Dodge. Day 1: I take My 2004 Dodge Dakota that is getting errors for the MAP and camshaft sensor. I was told tha service department at Carl Burger Dodge. Day 1: I take My 2004 Dodge Dakota that is getting errors for the MAP and camshaft sensor. I was told that the problem was that the computer needs to be reflashed and the MAP sensor was bad. So I let them reflash my PCM and got a new MAP sensor from the auto parts store. I drove it 5 miles to my house and it still has the same codes for the camshaft sensors. So I take it back to the service department. Day 2: I was then told that the sensors for my cam and crankshaft have to be factory ones. And that this may still not fix it. Now I can tell that they are just guessing on what is wrong with it and want me to put MY MONEY up for their guesses. So I buy the factory sensor and install them myself. I still get codes for the camshaft sensor. So I take it back again. Day 3: When I take it back this time the service advisor that has been helping me states that he cannot keep “DIAGNOSING MY TRUCK FOR FREE”. So I guess that DIAGNOSING a problem on a vehicle at Carla Burger Dodge means “we will just guess what is wrong and have the costumer start replacing parts at their cost until the right part gets replaced”. Day 4: I get a call from them telling me that now they THINK it is the PCM but it might be something else. So they want me to pay them to replace my computer at a cost of $700 for the part and $200 for the install. And this still may not be the problem. I thought that taking a vehicle to the SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS would get my truck running. Instead of experts, I think Carl Burger Dodge has SUBJECT MATTER GUESSERS. If I would have known they were just going to charge me for changing out parts to see what the problem was I would have never taken it to them. I have only owned two vehicles in my life and I have bought both of them from Carl Burger Dodge. I am writing this as a warning to anyone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE TO GET FIXED. Any mechanic can start swapping part in a car to see if the problem gets fixed and in that case, you do not have to take it here. More
