My experience at Carl Burger was amazing! Everyone was courteous, helpful, and went the extra mile. After getting my car stolen, I was not looking forward to going car shopping, but Julio and Eric made my courteous, helpful, and went the extra mile. Julio worked the numbers, along with his fabulous assistant Nancy, and Eric even drove with me to return my loaner car to my ex-husband (a job no one would willing volunteer for, but he did). We saw a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 online, Came to the dealership just to look, met are sales consultant Christian who was very helpful, we gave him our number to return later or the next day, he called o dealership just to look, met are sales consultant Christian who was very helpful, we gave him our number to return later or the next day, he called onces after we left and twice the following morning wanting to make sure we were coming in. We test drove the truck liked it and wanted to talk numbers that is when we met Wes Kachi, he was able to get the truck to the payment we wanted within $3.00, When we went to finance we met Mike Kaziyev who was very nice, the only issue we have is that we stated from the very begining that we only wanted to have a 60 month loan and we ended up with a 65 month loan in which we were told the bank would probably change so we were urged to sign the paperwork as is, well the bank didn't change there mind and we are now stuck with a 65 month loan paying more for a vehicle then we wanted lesson learned on our part I guess. Overal not a bad experience. More

We visited the Carl Burgers Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership to look at a Jeep we saw on their website. Twan showed us the Jeep, took us on a test drive and introduced us to Wes to discuss the purch dealership to look at a Jeep we saw on their website. They both were very accommodating and pleasant as Twan explained the sales process and started some of the paperwork. The sales process happened exactly as Twan explained and in a very reasonable amount of time, we drove off in our new Jeep Wrangler. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from those two gentlemen. No one likes going to a dealership, but my salesman made it an AMAZING experience. He was able to find the perfect car for me at the perfect price. He was patient with me as we went through each car and as we looked it over he answered any questions I had promptly and effciently. I don't know about cars all too much but he took his time to explain things in a manner I understood. When we finaly found the car we wanted he got us in and out of finance. But he constantly checked on us making sure everything was going smoothly.He is genuinely just a good guy who seems to have his customers best interests.
