I called the dealership from over 500 miles away and they had the truck I wanted and gave me a great deal over the phone on the first call. Super. Then Jerry picked me up at the airport and delivered the truck on his day off. I have sold cars and it is hard work. Especially when your working on your day off. Chris the finance manger was a real pleasant guy to deal with also. The deal I got was definately worth a plane ride from Sacramento to San Diego. The drive back wasn't bad either driving that truck with a 390hp hemi was a kick. More

We stopped in just to look at trucks. We got there fairly earlier thinking we would avoid the pressure of sales people, giving us time to just look around. Long story short we ended up buying a new truck. David was so not pushy, very polite and really gave us space and time to make our decision. We were so happy with the way he treated us. Well, me and my girlfriend have been looking for a second vehical for over two years now and we came to Carl Burger Dodge in 2011. For the past three months we have been searching and going to different dealerships, internet sites, and even tent sales. The deals were not going the way we wanted them to. At the end of December 2012, our family rented a van from Enterprise just directly across the street from the dealership. It was a 2012 dodge grand caravan with all the bells and whistles. We rented the van for seven days. It had a real smooth drive, very roomy, good on gas, and had lots of storeage. So we came back from our trip and did more research on the dodge grand caravan. we found a few that we were interested in on the carl burger website. We contacted Eric Cermeno at the dealership and he told us to come down and check out the inventory. When we got to the dealership, the first car that he showed was not the one we thought we were getting. He reassured us that there were other options and for us not to worry. He showed us other vehicals and different packages. He intoduced us to Fernando Vidana. Fernando was very helpful can conciderate to our wants and needs. We gave Eric and Fernando our budget and what we wanted to spend. With that in mind, we came to a mutual agreement was able to buy our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. They were both persistent and genuwinly courteous to us. Deal was made and it was time for the finance department. There we met Chris Selfani. He looked over the deal and found other discounts. We got more excited. All in all the experience was great and will definetly recommend this dealership to everone we know...... More

I first want to say that I was very unhappy with this dealer ship for almost 3 mouths.I purchase an used car and I really got mess over till I was introduce to Sunny. He was very friendly and nice, he kept calling me on the hour till he found something that I liked and he made sure. He also stayed late just for me cause I did not get off work til after 8 pm.I wish I could had paid him for over time my self. He was that good, he made sure I was completely satified with my choice all the way til he walk me out the parking lot. Now I have an diffrent view about your place, and i promise I was ready to go to the Lemon law on the dealership. They spent me to 5 people before Sunny and I swear I was NOT pleased with NONE of them. I even said to my husband this the last one and if he do not treat me right and take care of me I have an date set up to move forward, and what you know, he was the last one I needed to see and wish he was the first one I saw, its would had NEVER got me to this anger in my heart and stress out like I was.
