Sonny contacted us to see if we would be interested in selling our Challenger. We wanted to meet with him at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and he said "come on in". As soon as we arrived we were greeted and felt very welcome. We told him what we were looking for and within minutes found the truck we wanted. He was upfront and honest while we worked the deal and we took the truck home that evening. Since it was late when we finished our paperwork and the dealership was closed, he asked if it would be an imposition for us to bring the truck back on Sunday so they could wash it and put gas in it. Of course, we were happy to do so, but did not make it back till Tuesday, but he got it done as soon as I showed up unannounced! He then helped us pick out running boards to put on the truck and was able to get them on the next day. On that Tuesday, he and I noticed there was a nail in one of the tires, and then I discovered another tire had a nail in in. He took care of that also, never questioning how or when the tires picked up the nails. He was supposed to be off that afternoon, but stayed at the dealership until he was sure I was completely taken care of. We have dealt with a lot of dealerships and sales representatives over the years and Sonny and your dealership is definitely at the top of our list. Sonny is a great asset to the dealership and his customers. We will definitely recommend him and the dealership to any of our family or friends who might be looking for a vehicle.
