Working with Fleet Sales Manger Sonny was awesome, simple and quick. The only negative I have to say is the truck was only filled 1/2 full of gas upon delivery. Best Experience We needed a vehicle to tow a fifth wheel trailer. We have owned Toyota vehicles for several decades now and really did not want to move from the Toyot We needed a vehicle to tow a fifth wheel trailer. We have owned Toyota vehicles for several decades now and really did not want to move from the Toyota brand. However, while the Tundra can pull the Space Shuttle it cannot tow most fifth wheel trailers. So, we have spent several years talking to other truck owners and doing research on the internet. We finally settled on Dodge Ram, now to find a dealer. Went to several dealerships in the are and came back to Carl Burger. Now only did they impress us with their style of doing business they had the best selection in the area. Most people do not like buying a new car because of the previous experiences and the knowledge that it is always a battle and you come away feeling violated, which really takes away from the new car pleasure. We had none of that. The Carl Burger family really makes you feel like you are a part of their family and we have already made a trip from San Diego to St. Louis in our new vehicle. We are not only very proud of our new truck but we know we belong to a family that will help us take care of our purchase and make it last for years to come. More

I made a few calls and arranged a deal over the phone and on-line. When I arrived at the dealership I was happy to find that the vehicle was as expected. The price given through my previous contacts was hono on-line. When I arrived at the dealership I was happy to find that the vehicle was as expected. The price given through my previous contacts was honored and the purchase proceeded. In the finance department I felt a bit rushed, partially my own need to get to another meeting. I was left with the feeling that there was not an option to NOT select an extended warranty and alarm package. When I got home and reviewed all of the paperwork again I noticed that the thing that was pushed the most "oil changes" was listed as N/A on the form. Given the opportunity to remove this or not to have purchased it in the first place would have been a better decision. More
