I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey and had a recall issue that I needed fixed.My husband, John, dropped off our Journey on Wed Sept.6 for our 11:30 appt. Frank works very hard & cares about his customers. He said our car would be ready by 5pm on Friday Sept.8, when actually it was ready around 12:15pm on the 8th. Frank always goes out of his way & beyond to help us everytime.He was aware that we couldnt get a rental car because of no credit card & he pushed our recall issue to priority.I highly recommend anyone to go see Frank Perez in the service dept. I told them I tried to purchase an R/T Challenger just a couple of months ago but was told by three separate salesmen the numbers would not work due to my upside down trade-in.
