Let me start by saying I had been in the market for a new truck for about 5-6 months and after initially having a couple bad experiences (I hate the c Let me start by saying I had been in the market for a new truck for about 5-6 months and after initially having a couple bad experiences (I hate the car buying process typically) I came across a truck and deal I just couldn't pass up at Carl Black Hiram. I called the dealership and briefly spoke with the manager Trent who was very helpful and not pushy about when I would come by the lot. I arrived that afternoon and took a test drive with Billy who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and also just laid back. The entire process was just very comfortable and easy. Billy is a straight shooter and a very personable and real guy who is not like your typical image of a car salesman. Definitely ask for him! I decided I'd take the truck, we agreed on a price, and the guys handled the rest! I got a very fair deal on my trade in and I was out the door in under a few hours! I was even impressed with Ringo in financing who just presented me with all my options and details without being pushy about an extended warranty which seems to be the case when you're usually in a car financing office. Overall I rarely give reviews but was compelled to take the time to give these guys high marks because they deserve it. I will bring as much of my future business to Carl Black Hiram as I can and I suggest you give them a shot if you would usually rather drink hot sauce than go through the car buying process. More
