Three Trips So Far When I purchased my truck on July 13 I was promised a Navigation upgrade by your sales team. I understand that you are not a REAL GM dealership but it seems ridiculous that I have to make several trips to you and still don't have access to what I was promised. You will not get my future business!! I'll stick to REAL dealers and I'll probably NOT use Carl Black again. More
