Made an apppointment 2 weeks ahead of time for 7am this morning april10 for oil change and battery check.Got there the guy workin counter by himself said he couldn't find appointment and it would be 2-3 ho morning april10 for oil change and battery check.Got there the guy workin counter by himself said he couldn't find appointment and it would be 2-3 hour wait.Got keys and left.I have been withcarl black since 2005 when I bought my Impala and never had a problem until this morning.I'm a little skeptical in re-scheduling tho this is the only place my car has been serviced..any othher time I'd give you a 5 but after this morning,not so high..thank you More
