They charged me $2995 + taxes for a "Care Package" that I didn't request. This wasn't even itemized on the invoice. I had knowledge of this service/product after the invoice was signed. I reached out to the dealership numerous times to have my money back. They never get back to me. I purchased the car on April 6th and it was delivered on April 27th. They assured me that the invoice was accurate and they didn't add anything else but the cost of the car as per the window sticker, taxes and accessories. On April 7th, after insisting multiple times that the total amount wasn't matching my calculations, they said that a "care package" was included. I asked them to return my money back with no feedback. I'm reaching GM directly. This is a SCAM. More

Traveled from TN to ID and had slow leak in a tire. Discovered wheel lock tool was missing. Dante worked with me and offered to cover cost if necessary.
