Worst place ever To make a long story short, I bought a lightly used vehicle from them. I had it a little over 4 months. It was in my possession for about a month of t To make a long story short, I bought a lightly used vehicle from them. I had it a little over 4 months. It was in my possession for about a month of that, not consecutive time. The rest of the time it was in their service dept.. I had 5 loaners, went for weeks with no contact, once for over a month. They would not take the truck back, offered me a very mediocre deal on trade, at a loss to me of course. At the end of the day, I took a loss of thousands, and I went elsewhere, because I wouldn't give these crooks another dollar. These are the kind of people that give dealerships a bad name. Also, GM was no help here either. They do not stand by their product, or care about the consumer. Stay far away from GM, and any Carl Black location. More

Kiante Young is the reason I recommend this dealership After driving a Nissan Leaf for 6 years I came to Carl Black Chevrolet to lease a Chevy Bolt. My husband and I were fortunate to connect with Kiante After driving a Nissan Leaf for 6 years I came to Carl Black Chevrolet to lease a Chevy Bolt. My husband and I were fortunate to connect with Kiante Young. He hadn't sold or leased a Chevy Bolt when we first met but he did a deep dive research on the car so that he could answer every question before we came back the next day. I've had the car for 1 year and discovered yesterday that the charger cord wasn't working properly. I left two messages with the service department. When I didn't get a return call, I called Kiante. He was on it! I was at the dealership 20 minutes later and within another 20-30 minutes I was back on the road with a new charger cord. He is professional, kind and even remembered who I was after a year. I've never had such a great experience with a Car Sales Professional. Carl Black Chevrolet will have my business as long as he's there. More
