Service Rep John Chavez was calm, kind, and extremely honest and helpful. He explained things in a way I could understand. He answered all my questions. He referred me to Mike Hurn,Salesman. Mike went straight to work to find the best car for my son’s situation. He kept in constant contact with me via text and calls, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was just the kindest sensitive, caring and helpful sale person ever. I believe In my heart that he truly did what was best for my situation and what he would have done if he had been in the same situation. A long distance sale is Difficult so I was at his mercy. I fee he conducted himself in a professional and upstanding manner in order to helo me and my son. I will forever be grateful to him for his transparency and honesty.
