Horrific customer service. I thought it may be Justin, my advisor that is failing. But, after contacting others, its the entire department. I had 7 calls in to Justin with zero I thought it may be Justin, my advisor that is failing. But, after contacting others, its the entire department. I had 7 calls in to Justin with zero call backs in regard to status of my vehicle. Reception takes message, has excuse why they cant call, then says someone will call back, and they dont. When I did finally speak to Justin, he lies and says he tried to call me. Now, I just want to pick my H1 up because I dont want them touching it and they have another excuse that its not ready for pickup. So Day 4 waiting to hear when, and nothing. Complete joke for service. Stay away. I am sorry I bought my 2024 2500 Denali from them now. But I will never go back for service of any kind. Matt Hill More
