The Dealership was very helpful with financing the vehicle, but disappointing in my trade in. They did step up with providing a second key and replacing the carpet in the rear of the car as it was dam vehicle, but disappointing in my trade in. They did step up with providing a second key and replacing the carpet in the rear of the car as it was damaged. They also replaced the rear bumper that was cracked. My sales person Joaquin Anchoverri did an excellent job and also the manager Luis Leon. It took some time to get everything coordinated but in the end it was worth it. More

Thanks to Josh Crittle and Carl Black (for hiring him) I was able to upgrade from my 2014 Chevy Traverse to a 2023 Chevy Traverse. Josh took the time to know what I was looking for and, within a 2-hour time was able to upgrade from my 2014 Chevy Traverse to a 2023 Chevy Traverse. Josh took the time to know what I was looking for and, within a 2-hour time (my fastest deal from start to finish), get me set up to owning my new Traverse.
