Purchased our 2021 Buick enclave from them we also purchased the platinum service plan. Scratch and dent protection all the extras trying to get service for our air-conditioning that is broken. Tried purchased the platinum service plan. Scratch and dent protection all the extras trying to get service for our air-conditioning that is broken. Tried to speak with a manager no managers are ever available. No one will call you back just the sorriest customer service I’ve ever had to deal with at any dealership. And as soon as you catch an attitude for having to deal with their sorry customer service they will for a fuse to work with you. What’s really crappy is when you purchase that service plan, it is only good at their dealership. No other GMC dealerships will honor their service plan. I highly recommend that you not waste your time with these people go somewhere else. More
