Disappointed! Recently purchased a 2016 suburban. We were told it had 4 wheel drive. It did not. We were given 1 key, but were told there were 2. There was not two. We called, left messages, etc. Managers di told it had 4 wheel drive. It did not. We were given 1 key, but were told there were 2. There was not two. We received no compensation for these lies what so ever. I have bought all my vehicles from Carl Black since moving to GA. This includes 2 Hummers and a Trail Blazer. Needless to say I will NOT be buying anymore vehicles there. Either will any of our aquantices. Very disappointed!!!!! More
