Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. Took several hours to respond to my internet request. Repeatedly asked to be texted and they just emailed me. Stopped by for the 5th time today just to get a simple lost key replacement for my 2017 GMC Denali 2500 HD. I was told that the key tracer doesn’t work and my truck will have to go into the shop to make it happen... seriously? Last time I took it in to have it serviced, I was told they could not rotate the tires due to them being short handed!🤣 I went directly to Hardee Chevrolet/GMC and they cut the replacement key on the spot! I am stunned at the incompetent NO CUSTOMER SERVICE attitude of Carl Black of Kennesaw... I have been buying vehicles from them for 25+ years... my relationship with Carl Black of Kennesaw ended today.
