Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. Took several hours to respond to my internet request. Repeatedly asked to be texted and they just emailed me. This was at 8:50 pm. I emailed at 11:00 pm and told them I would take it. At 10:15 a.m I called and spoke to the same Sales Manager who said he would call me back shortly. 3:05 p.m. I still haven't heard from him. Stopped by for the 5th time today just to get a simple lost key replacement for my 2017 GMC Denali 2500 Carl Black of Kennesaw truck shop is a joke! Stopped by for the 5th time today just to get a simple lost key replacement for my 2017 GMC Denali 2500 HD. I was told that the key tracer doesn’t work and my truck will have to go into the shop to make it happen... seriously? Last time I took it in to have it serviced, I was told they could not rotate the tires due to them being short handed!🤣 I went directly to Hardee Chevrolet/GMC and they cut the replacement key on the spot! I am stunned at the incompetent NO CUSTOMER SERVICE attitude of Carl Black of Kennesaw... I have been buying vehicles from them for 25+ years... my relationship with Carl Black of Kennesaw ended today. What a HUGE disappointment that the management such as T Scott, Louis and the usual person I deal with Kevin at the lower truck shop could care less how this place is run.
