Was required to make an online appointment to see a vehicle they had listed. I contacted them on Saturday for a Monday afternoon appointment. Parked, went into the building asked to see my salesperson, she told me that she had to deliver some papers but another sales person would help me but she would be there to get me started. The first words out of her mouth were so you are here to see xxxx? I said yes and she said, Oh that is sold but would you be willing to spend a bit more money? I said absolutely not, I wanted this specific vehicle. She said that she was sorry but that it had been sold. I asked to speak to the manager who was on a phone call, when he got off the call he came over to me and said that he was sorry but in fact the vehicle was sold on Friday, the day before I inquired about it. He told me that it takes 48 hrs for the sold vehicles to drop off the website. I explained that I had gotten several emails from them over the 2 days and also texts. Why was it so tough to have someone call me to avoid driving the hour each way to see a vehicle that wasn't there? Their sales tactics are a bit less than underhanded. It seems as though they enjoy the old bait and switch.... Be cautious if you plan to buy from them. More
