Expert service who get to the bottom of a problem I purchased my 2013 Chevy Volt at Cargill three years ago and it was a great experience. They first delivered a test vehicle which I used for several I purchased my 2013 Chevy Volt at Cargill three years ago and it was a great experience. They first delivered a test vehicle which I used for several days, then they delivered my new car along with all the paperwork to sign and the registration. They showed me how to use many of the incredible functions the car has available. I serviced the car for the last three years at a close by Chevrolet dealer as I wasn't going 2.5 hours for an oil change! A few months ago I started slowly leaking engine coolant (the dash message told me this) and went to the local dealer who topped it off. In the past 3 months the coolant began leaking faster and faster. When I went to the local dealer they said they were not equipped to deal with such a complicated issue. Hmmmmm. I called the sales manager at Cargill and they made arrangements for me to come in, obtain a brand new 2016 Chevy Volt loaner and I left the car. It was a long trip but I'm happy to report that they pressure tested the engine and determined that the issue was the radiator. They promptly replaced it, and threw in a thorough inspection, engine wash and car wash to boot. Could not be happier and I'm safely back on the road. I was covered with my GM extended warranty which I highly recommend. More
