As always Customer is First! This is my second Silverado in the past year that I have leased from Cargill and it will not be my last. The customer service and the "customer first" attitude is always well above and beyond what I have experienced in the past at other dealers. I was contacted via email about getting into a new lease early so I checked the website and found a Silverado that I liked. I found the Midnight Edition and when we go to working the numbers we discovered it was sold. It took Moises and the team only 1 week to find the exact truck, which they drove 400 miles to get for me! Once I arrived Moises helped me take my tonneau cover off of my truck I traded in and installed it on my new truck and after an hour or so of paper work and finalizing the deal, I was on my way home in the exact Silverado that I wanted. It had been a very unpleasant task - dealing with the stereotypical wheeling and dealing salesmen who I never felt safe to share any real information with out of fear that they were trying to rip me off in any way possible. After seeing that Cargill Chevrolet had pretty good reviews on DealerRater.com, I decided to give them a go and drove over an hour from Massachusetts to Connecticut essentially trusting everyone's reviews and that my time there would be well spent. Though the meeting was not without some back and forth and negotiating eventually we were able to arrive at a price that brought the car down into my budget. Our salesperson was Jason Watkins and he was excellent. Extremely personal and kind, I really trusted him and believed that he was helping us to get the best deal possible. Can't say I felt that way about his sales manager as well, but he ultimately seemed like an okay guy. As a first time car buyer, Jason was patient with all of my questions and concerns and even stayed a bit after hours so that I could pick up the car the same day I bought it. I highly recommend trying to work with him should you come to Cargill Chevorlet in search of a car. Two things that disappointed me with the car were that only after purchasing it I realized there was no user manual or floor mats, so if those are things you care about, I would suggest taking a closer look to ensure they're there. More
