Worst. Worst. Worst. EVER I purchased a brand new 2016 Chevy truck with the black widow upgrade from Cargill in October 2016. Promised the world from the dealership. WORST expe I purchased a brand new 2016 Chevy truck with the black widow upgrade from Cargill in October 2016. Promised the world from the dealership. WORST experience of my life or as far back as I can remember...I brought my truck back to Cargill for its first ever service, oil change and a few things wrong. no big deal right. well when I purchased the truck it has the black widow upgrade and 20 inch beefy tires. After a day or so I noticed the tires looked low and checked and they were at 31 pounds each.. i noticed a day or two later that every time I turned my wheel the tires were bitting and squeaking . Called my new salesman friend who I spent all day with purchasing my truck and advised him about this... he said Ill check and called me back and said they should be 34lbs of pressure but they keep them a few pounds light for better wear. ok i said.... fast forward 1500 miles later and my two front tires are missing a quarter inch of rubber off the sides. I called and was told yea they need 65lbs of pressure.. They were the rudest people from start to finish. Had my truck for six days... really... gave me and arcadia that was filthy for a rental. I had to get a GM rep involved who finally had them fix my truck... terrible, terrible, terrible....I afraid they put sugar in my tank..... so rude More

They will tell you what you want to hear, get it in writing! You make an offer on a car and they say "the owner likes it and we want to schedule a time for you to check out the car". Then you tell them you want it it in writing that they ACCEPT your offer. When you do that, after much run around and phone tag, they say, "O sorry, I misunderstood my manager, we are going to counter offer" Its was $1200 more than I offered. They wasted so much of our time to play their games. Their intent the whole time was to try and get me to fall in love with the car and then counter offer after, instead of tell me that they weren't going to accept my offer in the beginning. They try using that "we will bring it to your driveway" to lure you in. Go somewhere else, where they don't play games.....if its possible anymore. More

Walked in for an oil change, walked out with a new truck. Glenn was fantastic to work with.
