We knew what we wanted before we went there. We had bought a vehicle there before. We were happy to see a few Equinox' on the lot and chose one. Much more money than we expected but we told Glenn wha bought a vehicle there before. We were happy to see a few Equinox' on the lot and chose one. I went to Cargill to try and trade in my 2007 Silverado. My work commute was getting to be too expensive with the truck. I ended up buying a Chevy Cruze and the money they gave me for my truck was better t My work commute was getting to be too expensive with the truck. I searched the internet for a trailblazer and found one at Cargil Chevrolet. We watched video that David Bellise narrated. There was body damage and scratches on the BLACK BLAZER. David Bellise told me all at Cargil Chevrolet. We watched video that David Bellise narrated. There was body damage and scratches on the BLACK BLAZER. David Bellise told me all that would be fixed to look like new. We went to see it and it still was not fixed. He said it would be fixed by the time I picked it up. The fixed a few scratches but left the worst behind. Bellise told us we would get $3,000 trade in. That was a joke the MANAGER offered me $80.00 We were ready to walk and MANAGER wanted to know what we needed to get. I told him the $3,000 Bellise quoted us. He offered $2,000 we took it under protest. He was not a nice person to deal with. Bellise said it would be detailed before we took it home, which was not a good job. They told us to take it with their dealers plates until they got plates from Ct.motor vehicles.(DMV) A month went buy with no contact with Cargil. I finally called and asked what was going on. They finally registered it after me using their DEALERS PLATES for over a month. Very bad experience!!! Strange part was I was a returning customer. I bought my previous BLAZER there. They had different people working then who were much more courteous. Thats why I went to CARGIL again. I doubt very much we will buy again from them. More

The customer service was exceptional at Cargill.
