They are liars and crooks. Do not give them a deposit to hold a vehicle. You will have a xxxx of a time trying to get it back. I'm not the first customer to have this experience. They will give you the worst offer on any vehicle you bring in for trade. I don't know how they stay in business. There are a lot of bad dealers out there. This is one of the worst. I looked at a car on Friday. They wanted a $1,000 deposit to hold the car one more day for my wife to see it. She didn't like it. I asked for my deposit back. They said no. I had to report them to the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, DMV & dispute the charge with my credit card company. Extremely stressful experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. More

Had Cargill locate a car in the color I wanted, which took a couple of days, and they had it ready for me the day they recceived it. The paper work only took a matter of minutes. The Best Service I have Ever Had!! This is the 7th vehicle I have bought in my lifetime and CARGILL CHEVROLET is the only dealership that I have ever returned to for my next purchase. I have bought a vehicle I have bought in my lifetime and CARGILL CHEVROLET is the only dealership that I have ever returned to for my next purchase. I have bought a total of 4 vehicles from them and hands down the best experience I have ever had. Based on a mutual respect and no nonsense attitude, makes the experience 10 times better. They would have gotten more stars, but sadly there were not enough stars to choose. They are truly the best dealership, going above and beyond to make the CUSTOMER have a hassle free experience, getting into the vehicle they want and drive away with a smile on their face. My husband and I stopped in to see about getting a new vehicle. Our vehicle had died 2 days before my husband's knee replacement surgery. Here we were two weeks after my husband's surgery looking for he vehicle. Our vehicle had died 2 days before my husband's knee replacement surgery. Here we were two weeks after my husband's surgery looking for help figuring out our options. We walked in and Glen Morin asked if he could help us. We explained our situation and he asked what we were looking for. I said it had to be an automatic with room for my husband's tools and I would like to get the best gas mileage we could. Glen asked our price range and quickly showed us 4 used vehicles on his computer. The 2009 HHR fit the bill with great gas mileage, roomy back with fold down seats if more room was needed and it was an automatic. We gave what information was needed and Glen said he would call us and let us know if our financing was approved. He gave me a list of what other information was required so that I could have it all ready. The following day...Glen called and told us to bring our plates and the necessary paperwork...the HHR was waiting for us. I was astounded!! Never has purchasing a vehicle been this easy!! We brought our paperwork in and signed all the paperwork needed with yet another expert and fun employee. (So sorry I can't think of your name but I still love your fish tank!) They put a dealers tag on, gave us our temporary insurance and registration paperwork so that we could take it that day. Glen called us when our registration was ready and had us stop in so they could run it through emissions, (at no cost to us), and they replaced their dealer tags with our plates. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. From the young man that went with us for our test drive to the gentleman that told us to have a seat while he took our keys to the man who would be doing our emissions test. The man that did our emissions test brought us our keys back and checked on the status of our paperwork. No one seemed to want us to have to wait any longer than necessary. We were always offered coffee or bottled water and a comfortable chair to sit in. If you want to purchase a vehicle from a dealership that knows how to treat it's customers right I would suggest you go to Cargill. We were always treated as a top priority and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Thanks for making this purchase such a pleasure! More
This is the WORST dealership I have EVER dealt with, I had to walk out in ANGER twice at the low ball offers for my trade, and still they were lower than market value. ON top of that the deal did not go t had to walk out in ANGER twice at the low ball offers for my trade, and still they were lower than market value. ON top of that the deal did not go through due to a lack of financing options and failure to meet other dealerships offers for my trade... and they KEPT my $200.00 deposit or should I say STOLE my deposit. The sales Manager is a crook that seems to enjoy pissing off customers with seriously low ( a third of the value)offers for trades and insisting on deposits on cars that he does not intend on refunding... he should be terminated. I am forced to pay another visit to get my deposit back. this will be my third attempt. I do not recommend these Crooks! More
Cargill provides you with a lot of nice "small business" perks that you don't see with these larger franchises. I purchased a new vehicle so I haven't really "tested" the quality of their service, business" perks that you don't see with these larger franchises. I purchased a new vehicle so I haven't really "tested" the quality of their service, but they've been great to work with on the regular maintenance type things. I love the free car washes and pick up & delivery of my car when going in for service -- it makes it so easy and convenient when I need service done. More
