I saw my car online, contacted them by email and within a day, Glenn was making arrangements to have the car delivered at MY convenience. He and John made the financing painless. The paperwork was then delivered to me AND they are handling all the DMV work as well. What could be easier? Customer for life - why go anywhere else? More

The first one I tried out ( VW Passat) wasn't at all what I hoped for. So then they brought me a Impala. Which I never even had on my list but ended up buying. I love it. Good price. Nice people. They girl Laurie on the phone was really great. More
Worse than a nightmare!!!!!!!!! Don't do it, please!!!! Worst dealership ever!!!! Delivery was 3 days late. Charged for etching and a $500 document fee! Arrived with a/c not working, hole inside back door Worst dealership ever!!!! Delivery was 3 days late. Charged for etching and a $500 document fee! Arrived with a/c not working, hole inside back door and a bad belt. Allowed me to have an estimate done on some of the issues then o.k-ed the work to be done but never reimbursed me!! Would not return my calls about it. That's not it- I called them 3 days b4 my temporary plates were to be expired. nobody had any idea why I didn't have plates. Nobody had an answer for me. Now my plates are expired and they told me to change the expiration date with a red sharpie!!! This place is unbelievable! They have been avoidingall my calls. I strongly urge you to not shop here. It has been an absolute nightmare. I have to believe the positive reviews are fake!! Please, please, please don't go here!! More
I honestly never feel the need to review anything whether it be good or bad, but honestly this dealership was the worst one I have EVER dealt with. I head to the dealership to look at a used truck for sale, it be good or bad, but honestly this dealership was the worst one I have EVER dealt with. I head to the dealership to look at a used truck for sale, I walk into the dealership and absolutely nobody looks at me or even makes an attempt to say hi. I then decide to walk up to a salesman and ask them to see the truck and he goes to grab the keys. While I am staying there one of the rude salesman says " do you need something?" Umm yeah some good service would be nice, really disrespectful. I proceed to drive the truck and let's just say it drives and sounds like crap, hole in the exhaust and had been in 2 accidents. It's now time to talk pricing and trade value, which they won't budge on price and give me nothing for my trade, awesome. I tell the salesman to call me back about the so called 2 day test drive which they avoid like the plaque and about the financing rate I would receive. I never get a call back from my original salesman, I get harassed by email from a different salesman with one sentence messages asking if I'm ready to make a deal, haha are you serious!? I was pissed at how completely idiotic these people at Cargill were, they treat you with no respect and I would never even consider buying a car from them, look ANYWHERE else in buying a car or truck, awful, awful awful! I've been looking to trade my ford for a used dump truck for 2 months. I looked on Internet for dealers in tristate area ,all chevy dealers. They were all very helpfull but couldn't find a vehicle for truck for 2 months. I looked on Internet for dealers in tristate area ,all chevy dealers. They were all very helpfull but couldn't find a vehicle for me. I finally found cargillchevroletct on the internet and emailed them what my needs were. That same day, Lory emailed me saying a salesman would make contact. Within an hour Andrew Bombelli emailed me saying he had two trucks for me to see. He sent me photos and info on the two used vehicles that looked promising. We emailed back and forth a few times regarding the details. On Andrews day off,he met me at the dealership. He offered a very fair price on my trade in and the truck I wanted was also a price I could afford. Within a couple hours we were doing the paperwork and I drove the 2006 chevy dump home! My wife and I are very happy with the truck. The 95 miles I drove the truck to get home was very comfortable(and exciting!) . When we are ready for a change of vehicles, we will get in touch with cargillchevroletct again. More
About a month ago I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz C300 from Cargill Chev. First spoke on the phone with representatives at the dealership to ensure that the car I was interested was a) still available; a from Cargill Chev. First spoke on the phone with representatives at the dealership to ensure that the car I was interested was a) still available; and b) as presented in the ad. Both were confirmed, and I set up an early Saturday morning appointment with Brian Morrow. Brian had the car ready for me first thing in the morning and ready to test drive. The drive went well, and Brian was very helpful with answering all of my questions and/or concerns. Brian and the dealership were willing to work with me on the price a little and we reached an agreement. Overall I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend this dealership, and BRian, to any prospective purchasers. The only downside was the fact that the paperwork and completion of sale took a while, but that was because it was a Saturday morning at a busy dealership after a few back-to-back snowstorms. Otherwise, everything was great. The manager Eric Boada was also very helpful during the entire process and saw that my requested price went through. I've had the car for about a month and am still very happy with it. More
Purchased a new Truck over the phone from them. They delivered it to my house with the paperwork. I signed the papers and noticed that they charged me $600 for VIN Etching which was not only not neede delivered it to my house with the paperwork. I signed the papers and noticed that they charged me $600 for VIN Etching which was not only not needed, but way overly charged. I feel that they took advantage of my long distance purchase. That's one of they things they advertise (to bring it right to your door, up to 1,000 miles )..... Lesson learned is never buy sight unseen and always negotiate like a lawyer, read everything before signing. Truck was nice but that was low of them to slip that option in there and way------- overcharge for it. Also, the man that brought the truck to my house sped away like a moonshiner running from the police, I got the feeling that he beat the truck getting it there to my door. More
they let me try a car for two days to make sure it was the one i wanted and they even delivered it to the house. they went out of their way to obtain the auto i wanted, gave me a great price and trad the one i wanted and they even delivered it to the house. they went out of their way to obtain the auto i wanted, gave me a great price and trade in. i live in lancaster ma and passed two other larger dealerships to buy one from them, the others in the worcester area could not beat their price and service . I walked into their dealership and was impressed. absolutely no pressure selling or being run down by salesmen. it made car buying a pleasure. the only complaint i could think of is they were out of coffee while i was filling out the final paperwork. go down and visit them and see for yourself More
I went to Cargill, looking for a new 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. I spoke to the salesman (Glenn). They let me test drive one for a couple of days, just to make sure I liked it. The one I test drove was Equinox. I spoke to the salesman (Glenn). They let me test drive one for a couple of days, just to make sure I liked it. The one I test drove was a 4 cylinder and I wanted a 6. So, I told him, what I was looking for, the price range and the color I did not want. The following day he gave me a call, telling me he located an Equinox, that it would be on the lot in a day or two and that he would call me when it got there. Well, two days later he called and I fell in love with it. The price was great, color fantastic and everything that I wanted. The people were courteous and very helpful. I've also dealt with the service department with my other vehicles and was always taken care of, with no problems. I have to say I'm one happy customer and I would recommend Cargill, anytime. More
