Bottom line: Very Good Overall, this was just about as good as car buying gets. Jon Jackel was pleasant, enthusiastic, and answered every question. He spent as much time as I wanted, looking at vehicles and talking options. He let me test drive two trucks and then sent me home with one for two days despite my living an hour away. He encouraged me to "use it as you would your own." This loaner program is smart policy because I ended up feeling attached to the truck and kindly toward the dealership. Seeing the truck in the garage helped convince my wife that this was the right vehicle. There were a few tense moments when I was "encouraged" to make a deal before I was completely ready, but in the end Bob Towne gave me an excellent price to take home and consider. When we returned to sign the deal, my wife appreciated the low key way that Jon dealt with a minor glitch. We drove out in our new Silverado with a big smile and a good feeling. More
