I have never went back since until a few weeks ago, my friend told me about a positive experience he had and how happy he was with Cargill Chevy. I was in the market for a new truck so I said what he xxxx I'll give them a try. I'm so happy I did Cargill Chevy is a total different dealer then before and gave me top dollar for the my trade, found me the exact truck I wanted with all the options i wanted and gave me a amazing price on the truck and got me where I needed to be with no hassles or arguments. I went shopping to some other dealers before my purchase and those dealers were much bigger ones that work on volume, Imperial Chevorlet and Banks auto. Cargill Chevy blew them out of the water with my trade and price on my truck. I'm still in amazement as to how they did it. Glenn Morin in sales is a great salesman,easy to deal with,no pressure,great communication,listens to what you want and is very friendly to speak with. At the ends of the day Glenn and his team made me a believer in Cargill and I'll will defiantly go see them for my next purchase, if your interested in a new Chevy I suggest you give them a try first or last and watch them work. Sales Process was GREAT. Service - no so much Found a truck online that looked like what I wanted so I went to Cargill even though it's a 45 minute drive. Sales process went very smoothly & I still belive it was a fair price. Salesman Glenn was great to deal with. However, a bedliner was part of the deal - again at a very fair price. First I got a blemished bedliner, NOT a new one. So they picked up the truck & brought it back with a new bedliner installed. BUT it was missing the rubber plugs over the cutouts in the bedliner. Called them on it - no problem, would drop them in the mail so I wouldn't have to make the trip again 45 minutes there & 45 minutes back. Well - they arrived in the mail. Guess what - wrong parts! Finally got the right parts installed - it took no more than 90 seconds to install. Too bad somebody didn't make the effort to make sure it was right the first time. Just leaves me frustrated. Would I recommend the dealership? For sales - YES. For service - I'd look elsewhere. More

With it being so cold, they sent a rental car out that day to swap with my vehicle. They not only fixed the heating issue, but looked up any recalls that the car had and corrected those while they had the car. I was very pleased with the service I received. More
