She called back promptly the next day at opening time and we went to see it that day. Everything was thoroughly explained. No xx or beating around the bush. We ended up trading our other car and were well taken care of. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 on "friendliness" is because the finance man (couldn't tell you his name to save my life) we dealt with was dry and monotone. So much so, we couldn't wait to leave his office and get back to the sales floor. His fish tank was cool though.. All in all though it was a great experience. They tolerate hyper babies very well!! The best buying experience ever! I'm a long time Chevrolet owner and really wanted to purchase a new Silverado. When I visited Cargill Chevrolet I had the good fortune to meet Adam K I'm a long time Chevrolet owner and really wanted to purchase a new Silverado. When I visited Cargill Chevrolet I had the good fortune to meet Adam Kostopoulos and Jeff Moberg. It was the most enjoyable, stress free buying experience ever. I actually enjoyed it! Adam took all the time necessary to make sure he got me the best deal possible and Jeff was just fantastic when it came to customer service and satisfaction. He went outside in the 5' snow banks and freezing temps to dig out different trucks from the snow to allow me to climb inside and test drive them. It was late Friday and when I returned from my test drive with Jeff I was so pleased to see Adam had gotten me such good financing I was able to buy my dream Silverado! Even though is was past closing time both Adam and Jeff stayed with me to get all of my paperwork done. Please do yourself a favor if shopping for a new car and go to Cargill Chevrolet and ask for Adam or Jeff.
